Why the State called Israel Has No Right To Exist
A strict examination of facts in the light of Torah law and international convention.
I am a Tum-Tum* Kohen educated and trained by notable rabbis, lay educators and scientists, androgynous and not clearly a man or woman thanks to in utero DES exposure, a synthetic hormone prescribed in high risk pregnancies between 1948. Tum Tum is ancient Hebrew for gender non-conforming queers called Two Spirit by Native American nations, who all have their own words for us.
(It really bothers me that in 17 years this dynamic video doesn’t even have a million views. Let’s change that.
Since Operation Cast Lead in 2009, I have been deeply immersed in the Hamas - IDF/IAF conflict? war? neither fits. The forces are too asymmetrical. It’s a secular colonial project that hijacked Judaism for cover. Is it a Jewish Democracy? Absolutely not and with this mixed media essay, I intend to demonstrate why convincingly enough that every doubter who reads this joins the swelling demand that a ceasefire be imposed on all three governments, they be dismantled and reorganized into a proper democratic federation of states, cantonized states with Jerusalem their autonomous capital as the Orthodox and Social Democrats of all three major faiths had been lobbying for in the 20’s and 30’s as European immigration swelled and tensions mounted between Jewish and Islamist nationalists.
Tim Minchen’s Arab-Israeli Peace Anthem sings truth: “Why don’t we not eat pig together?” Jews and Arabs, sharing pita, no walls slicing the land. Albert Einstein felt that rhythm. His God was no cosmic warlord but a “Great Spirit,” the universe’s “superior reasoning power” (1930), echoing Spinoza’s pantheism—God as nature’s flow, not a deed-holder to Palestine.
The American Council for Judaism (ACJ), born 1942 under Rabbi Louis Wolsey, Elmer Berger and my rabbi, Louis Binstock, belts that anthem, rejecting Zionism’s poison. The American Jewish Committee (AJC), founded 1906 by Mayer Sulzberger, with advocacy for a universalist Jewish identity, now pushes a different tune, claiming 80% of American Jews salute Israel’s flag. Einstein nailed it in 1940: “Great spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds.” The AJC’s sanctimonious script defining Anti-Zionist Jews as tokenized traitors is textbook mediocrity.
Einstein saw Zionism’s rot. In 1938, he warned:
“I should much rather see reasonable agreement with the Arabs on the basis of living together in peace than the creation of a Jewish state. Apart from practical consideration, my awareness of the essential nature of Judaism resists the idea of a Jewish state with borders, an army, and a measure of temporal power… I am afraid of the inner damage Judaism will sustain—especially from the development of a narrow nationalism within our own ranks, against which we have hitherto striven.”
Borders, armies, power—Judaism’s soul-killers. Einstein, fleeing Nazi nationalism, knew the stench. In 1946, he called a Jewish state “bad,” pushing a binational Palestine where Arabs, two-thirds of the population, and Jews shared equal rights.
The 1948 Deir Yassin massacre—240 Arabs slaughtered by Irgun and Stern Gang terrorists—proved him right. His New York Times letter, co-signed with Hannah Arendt, blasted Menachem Begin’s Herut Party as “closely akin… to Nazi and Fascist parties” for its “terrorism” and “Leader State” dreams.
The AJC, led by Zionists like Louis B. Marshall (1912–1929) and Jacob Blaustein (1949–1954), dodged that stink. Now under Ted Deutch (CEO, 2022–present) and directors Nisha Abkarian, Andrew Baker, and Jessica Bernton, they wave Pew’s 2024 stat: 89% of American Jews backed Israel’s Gaza campaign. But 2025 Pew data spills tea: only 73% view Israel favorably, 47% of Jews under 35 cut Zionist ties, and 53% wouldn’t trust Netanyahu to pick a shawarma stand. Globally, Anti-Zionist Jews—Neturei Karta’s Rabbi Dovid Weiss, Tel Aviv’s peaceniks, If Not Now and Jewish Voice for Peace —surge past the AJC’s “20%” dissent cap, their sukkahs and ceasefire chants louder than polls. Genocide is clearly the red line for the majority of humanity. Getting True Believers to admit that it’s happening is another story.
The ACJ, once led by Elmer Berger and Louis “Louie” Binstock (VP until 1948), keeps Einstein’s beat. Binstock, a powerhouse at Temple Sholom, quit when Zionism crushed coexistence to concentrate on tending his flock and leading Chicago’s Interfaith Ecumenicism movement of the “Happy Days” between Korea and Vietnam, America’s only solid decade of peace
Rabbi Andrue Kahn now carries the torch, praying at NYU’s 2024 Gaza Solidarity Sukkah with Muslims, Christians, and secular folks. But 2025 Brooklyn synagogue clashes show the cost: police batons, counter-demonstrator slurs. The AJC, J Street and ADL sneer, calling Anti-Zionist Jews “tokenized traitors” who “parrot terrorist lines,” as if tear gas is their invite.
Jews aren’t perennial victims of gentile antisemitism; they’re scapegoats for gentile rage at the 1% power pyramid, a trick owner-class propaganda’s played since Babylon. Like LBJ’s pickpocket remark—blame the peasant, not the king—Zionism pits Jewish and gentile workers against each other.
Rabbi Dovid Weiss, echoing Einstein, demands the Zionist state’s dismantling, alongside corrupted Palestinian governments, for a democratic federation of states. Ancestors demand it; unborn generations beg for it. The eagle (strength) and dove (peace) must fly soon, or planetary collapse—ecological, human—will kill billions by 2100, so if you can’t be with the one you love when it comes down, love the one you’re with.
SUBHUMAN: Neturei Karta’s Yisroel Dovid Weiss Condemns Israel’s Strikes On Iran
In 1952, Einstein refused Israel’s presidency: “I am… saddened and ashamed that I cannot accept it… my relationship to the Jewish people has become my strongest human bond.” People, not states, mattered. He warned in 1955: “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.” Zionism’s “exceptional truth”—a chosen people’s divine deed—clashes with universal moral truth: equality, coexistence, consent.
No state has a right to exist without the full consent of a solid majority of the governed. Halachically, Torah demands justice (Leviticus 19:33-34, love the stranger; Sanhedrin 2a, communal consent for leadership). Conventionally, international law—UN Charter Article 1.2, ICCPR Article 1—requires self-determination.
Zionism, a national socialist ideology, flouts both, ignoring Arab consent and equality with neighbors. Anti-Zionist Jews, chanting “no pig, no borders,” aren’t traitors; they’re Torah’s keepers, building Einstein’s federation. Share the pita. Sing the peace.
* Tum Tum is what ancient Hebrews called androgynous people who weren’t clearly male or female in appearance. Native Americans call us Two Spirit people, a 1990’s convention adopted to eliminate offensive terms like “Berdache”. In 2019, the WHO defined the condition as Gender Incongruity, acknowledging the existence of effeminate males and masculine females and their desire to express in the gender opposite their sex as a sexual, and not a mental health issue. The ones with the mental health issue are the ones who get freaked out about it.
